Day 158: Tumbling down

This wall near my flat keeps getting rebuilt and then tumbling down again.

So far I've seen this happen twice, and I've lived here just over a month. I'm not sure if people run into it with their cars, or if the rebuilding is just done very badly, but it seems a bit futile.
