This is rush hour on the tube. The guy standing up was shilling for money and claiming homelessness, though I wonder how profitable that is since he has to pay to ride the tube around. (I suppose if he goes street-side at the same station, though, it's free. I wouldn't want to ride the tube all night, though.)
